Signs of Sugar spike
Signs of Sugar spike
1. You feel more thirsty
2. You need to urinate more often
3. You get a nagging headache
4. There is a short burst of energy and then a 'crash' of fatigue.
Every glucose spike is not harmful. The blood sugar level normally peaks around an hour after eating and tends to return to baseline within the next two hours. if a spike is brief in someone with normal metabolism, it's fine.
