Prince V Sam grew up in Thiruvanathapuram. While he had been a student at the Mar Ivanios College, he found to his dismay that the quality of food served at functions in the city left the participants very much distressed. He sensed an opportunity. Prince differed from his friends who had their eyes set on jobs that paid well in India or abroad. He knew he could do well if he took up catering as a full time occupation.

                                                                                          

Classic Treats was born on the firm resolve of the young man who wished to find his own place in the world. Prince began by serving food at meets where the numbers were scanty. Time progressed. Classic Treats grew in stature. People began to look for Prince whenever they had a meet or function. A time has now come when Prince attends to two or three functions simultaneously. He is very sad when he is forced to decline a few orders as he is unable to take up all of them together. Prince never compromises on quality. He is on hand from procurement to cooking to serving  the dishes. He looks after his employees well. Classic Treats serve  five star food at low rates.  The course starts with fruit punch followed by starters. Oriental, western or traditional both vegetarian and non vegetarian menu comes next. The sumptuous display concludes with  a fantastic dessert. Guests take  leave contented. 

Prince looks for feed back in all the events he organizes. He meets the guests and seeks their opinion. It is not kudos he seeks. He looks for any lapses that had remained unattended. The urge to refine himself makes Prince what he is. He leads by example. Success has never gone to his head. Humility holds sway. Simplicity marks the man.
