BIGWIG OF KADALAAR

Seems although the bigwig of Kadalaar, had a great escape courtesy the munificence of somebody important, his whereabouts are unknown. He is not permitted to meet anyone at all. 

For all practical purposes it is confinement.

To put it mildly, he escaped from confinement to find himself confined
