He never criticises members of the team in public. He guards them. He protects them. But doesnot hesitate to be open with them, one to one.

Even if the members his team are temperamental and do not  perform in  accordance with their potential, instead of taking them to task, he instills self belief in them. He fills them up with affection.

In the end,  he manages to turn them around. They respond raising their lackluster performance to exalted elevations.
