Dhoni's suggestions to Ruturaj on leadership
Run CSK the way he wanted to run it. That was the way I had run it for a long time. Cricket is a game where the captain has to make the decisions. Yes, there are coaches and support staff, but it is not like football where the manager decides. In cricket, it's about the captain and he has to decide. In fact I have told him he is free not to take even a single piece of advice.
Dhoni says, there can be certain things Ruturaj can pick up from him, but he essentially needs to be his own man.
There can be certain things he will pick up from the way I used to lead. But individuals are different. Whatever you feel is your style, you have the full liberty to decide.
